Hey , so we are left with the English translation. "The main thing which this shloka want to elaborate to us, that how a woman, like the time of the morning, they removes all the incorrect knowledge, misunderstanding, all the taint along with it. And, they establish all the new good ideas, and correct knowledge, refreshes all the unpleasant things around, and gets fresh environment like the morning time. And, then they achieve all the never ending happiness, energies and the extra time. So, now we have done the all translation part. When, in the starting, I tried to let you know about some of a shloka of Vedā. Actually, my main intention to give you a brief information about our Vedic Science, which may provide an easiest way to manage our life and also in beneficial to provide us calmness due to the traditional ways of management."

So, now I’m going to give some scientific references to give connection between my text of Rigvêdā to the current time scientific terminology of research.

So, at first we are going look into increased productivity part. As the Studies have shown that people who wake up early tend to be more productive throughout the day. In one study, researchers found that early risers are more proactive and achieve better grades in school than their late-rising peers. And, the reference of this term is from, Werner, K. H., & Schüßler, P. (2017). Early to bed, early to rise! Sleep habits and academic performance in college students. Learning and individual differences, 55, 91-96.

Now, the second one, is Reduced Stress part. In the studies we get, waking up early can also help reduce stress levels. A study published in the International Journal of Stress Management found that waking up early is associated with lower levels of perceived stress. And, the references to prove this Statement from, Segerstrom, S. C., & Sephton, S. E. (2010). Optimistic expectancies and cell-mediated immunity: the role of positive affect. Psychological Science, 21(3), 448-455.

And, the third one, is Improved mental health part. According to the studies, we have some lines early morning awakening has been associated with improved mental health, including reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety. One study found that waking up early is associated with a decreased risk of developing depression. And, the references to give better view of the knowledge about it, Duffy, J. F., & Czeisler, C. A. (2009). Effect of Light on Human Circadian Physiology. Sleep Medicine Clinics, 4(2), 165- 177.

And, the last part is eating habits. From the reasearch we have, People who wake up early tend to have better eating habits and are more likely to eat a healthy breakfast. A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that people who eat breakfast tend to have better overall health and lower rates of obesity. And, the references to prove this Statement is from, Rampersaud, G. C., Pereira, M. A., Girard, B. L., Adams, J., & Metzl, J. D. (2005). Breakfast habits, nutritional status, body weight, and academic performance in children and adolescents. Journal of the American Dietetic Association, 105(5), 743-760. Now, I'm resting my article with the credit and acknowledgement.

The Lines

I found something… I found something in you, Whenever I see your dp. I found myself in your eyes, Whenever I look into your dp. I found myself eager to touch you, Whenever I touch your dp. I found myself resilient,  Whenever I’m trying to swipe your profile away. I found myself best in you, Whenever I’m not with you. Yes! Maybe I have some interest in you, But, whenever I find the stop in between you and me.  I saw you… I saw you smiling,  It made me to smile. I saw you to be kind with dogs, It made me to believe in kindness. I saw you spreading love, It made me to believe in love. I saw you crying, It made me to believe in crying. I saw you struggling, It made me to admire your strongness. What I want… What I want from you, the smile you have. What I want from you, the kindness you have. What I want from you, the sadness you have. What I want from you, the tears you have. What I want from you, the love you have. But, dear I don’t want, you and I live in the distance. May...

The three Unspoken Words

(Chapter – 1) The story is set in a fictionalized place named; “planzie” i.e., P.H. College, and its characters are as follows: Priti (the female protagonist) Raghav (the male protagonist) PYA (Plenzie Youth Alliance) Program Officer   Once upon a time, there was a girl named Priti. She was extraordinary in studying. On the other hand, Raghav was also a good cadet in PYA of his college. He pursued that alliance as a leader of that unit. He had fear all the time, for being attached to someone meant he was a loner. So the girl, Priti, came daily to the college one hour before, so she could study in the fresh air with the greenery of her college. Raghav also arrived on campus two hours before the scheduled time to lead the unit and train them for discipline. Who is Transformed?

So, you all are here for my blog, then be ready for the bomb which is going to refresh you. Jokes for the part, have you ever imagined that a person whom you know closely or partially and just for some reason they got disappear or looked never be the same man/woman again. Is that person being your relative, your friends, your family, your love of the life or any person who is/was close to you enough for disturbing you by getting in the thought of them in your mind. So today there is quote from a book "Everyone has a story", by Savi Sharma who is one of the prominent writers in the current era which I think of it. "Everyone has a story to tell. Everyone is a writer. Some are written in the books, and some are confined to hearts." The line some are confined to hearts, is actual...
